Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms cover your use of Wishler. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use Wishler.

Who you are agreeing with

Wishler is built and operated by Gari Epranosyan, an individual based in Tbilisi, Georgia. "We" and "us" below mean that person. Contact: gepran@gmail.com.

What Wishler is

Wishler is a place to keep a wishlist, share it, and let friends reserve a gift or contribute toward an expensive one together. It is a coordination tool, not a shop and not a payment service.

Your account

Your content

Your wishes, photos, collections, comments and profile remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to display it to the people you have chosen to show it to — which, if your public profile is on, means anyone with your link.

You are responsible for what you upload. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or anything you do not have the right to share. Do not upload photos of other people who have not agreed to it.

Money and gifts

Wishler never touches your money. A "chip-in" records an intention to contribute. The money moves directly between you and the person organising, by whatever means you arrange between yourselves. We do not hold funds, process payments, escrow anything, or guarantee that a contribution will be made, spent as described, or refunded.

Disputes about money, or about a gift that was collected for and never bought, are between the people involved. We can neither reverse a payment nor compel one.

Prices shown on a wish are whatever the owner typed or a product page reported when the link was read. They may be wrong or out of date. Check the shop before you buy.

Other people's lists

Reserving a gift tells other visitors it is taken. It does not oblige you to buy it — but leaving a reservation standing on something you have decided against means nobody else buys it either, so please release it.

The owner of a list is never shown who reserved what. Do not try to work around that: the surprise is the product.

Video greetings

Visitors to your profile can record a short video wish. Nothing appears on your profile automatically: a greeting stays pending until you accept it, and you can decline any greeting without giving a reason. Accepted greetings are shown for 24 hours and are then deleted along with the video file.

If you record one for somebody else, you are responsible for what is in it, and the rules about your own content apply to it too. Recording someone else without their agreement, or sending something abusive, is a reason for us to remove the greeting and the account behind it.

Plans

Wishler has a Free tier (capped at 12 wishes and 3 collections) and a Pro tier which lifts both and unlocks incognito mode.

Billing is currently simulated. "Upgrading" sets a flag in your browser. No payment is taken and no card is collected. If and when real billing is introduced, its terms will be presented before you are charged anything.

The AI features

Two different things share the word "AI" here, and they send data to different places:

What a model returns about a product may be wrong — a price, a description, a photo of the wrong thing. Check it before you rely on it.

Reporting something

If you find content that breaks these rules, or a profile using your photos or your name, write to gepran@gmail.com with the link. Wishler is small enough that a real person reads it.

What we may do

What we do not promise

Wishler is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep anything irreplaceable somewhere else too.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for gifts that were not bought, for money that did not arrive, or for anything arising out of dealings between users.

Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. That removes your published profile, your wishes and your follow relationships, and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for what survives and why.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change as the app does. If a change materially affects you, the app will say so before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use Wishler after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction — except where the law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, which this does not remove.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
